At Ascendia Bank, we believe that strong communities are built through strong local partnerships. That’s why we’re proud to support the development of 27 Central Avenue in the heart of Tenafly.
When completed, the property will include 10 rental apartments and a commercial/office space, bringing new housing and opportunities to Tenafly’s downtown area. Two of the apartments will be designated as COAH (Council on Affordable Housing) units, helping the borough meet its affordable housing needs and providing additional housing opportunities for local residents.
Supporting projects like 27 Central Avenue is part of Ascendia Bank’s commitment to the communities we serve. We’re proud to work with local builders on projects that not only contribute to the growth and vitality of our neighborhoods but also help address important community needs such as affordable housing.
The project’s principal, Ilan Cohen, is a long-time Ascendia Bank customer, making this partnership especially meaningful to us. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support Ilan and his team as they bring this project to life and look forward to seeing 27 Central Avenue become a valued part of the Tenafly community.
